RCCC Civil Contracting - Management Systems Environmental Policy

RCCC Civil Contracting and its employees are committed to protecting the environment through the implementation of environmentally sound construction practices that ensure adverse environmental impacts are minimised.

The company ensures this through its commitment to:

• prevention of pollution;

• conservation of raw materials and natural resources;

• identifying opportunities for recycling and implementing them where possible;

• communication of its commitment to all levels of the organisation, subcontractors and suppliers:

• continual improvement in environmental performance by setting objectives and targets, evaluation, review and training;

• compliance with relevant environmental legislation, codes of practice etc, and

• communication with, and response to the concerns of interested parties.

RCCC’s Integrated Management System has been developed to suit the specific needs of the company in accordance with the general requirements of AS/NZS ISO 14001:1996.
Company management fully supports and endorses this Environmental Policy which it implements through the Management Policy Manual and associated procedures.
